CHARGES

The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping depends on the total order weight.

** For orders less than 2000/- Standard Shipping Charges 99 will be charged on all prepaid orders.

** For heavy orders worth more than 2000/- shipping charges 199 will be charged.

**Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.

***PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS. NO CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS, PINCODE AND PHONE NUMBER CAN BE MADE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. If a customer provides incorrect shipping details he will be charged 99/- for reshipping.

Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm t

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, third party issues, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

TIME FRAME

We are not a fast fashion company. Most of the products are handmade specially for you by our staff AFTER you place an order. We start making products after getting an order then they are labelled packed and shipped. We want you to have the freshest products possible hence, we don't store products on shelves for long durations due to which our delivery time is long.

Domestic Shipping:  Standard delivery time for any domestic order, i.e. orders within India, is 5-15 working days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product.

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
